To help your appointment go smoothly, please take a few minutes to review the I-9 Verification Form before your notary arrives. Be sure to have the required identification ready. If proper identification is not available at the time of your appointment, the notary will be unable to complete the verification, and the appointment fee will not be refundable.
The notary must physically inspect your original identification documents—copies cannot be accepted. If your employer requires copies of your identification to be submitted with your form, you’ll need to provide color copies in advance of your appointment and request that the notary initial them. The notary is not responsible for producing copies.
Please be on time and prepared at the start of your scheduled appointment. Out of respect for your notary’s time, only a 15-minute waiting period is allowed after arrival. If the appointment must be canceled due to lack of preparation, it will also be non-refundable.
