Notary pricing can vary depending on the type of document, the time and attention required, and the level of service involved. While some notarizations are quick and straightforward, others—such as estate planning or loan documents—require additional care, coordination, and specialized training.

For that reason, services are priced using “starting at” rates, with final pricing based on the specifics of your appointment.

General Notary Services (In-Office or Mobile)

Pricing starts at $10 per notarization, in compliance with Tennessee guidelines.
Mobile travel fees start at $25 for up to 30 miles, with $1 per mile thereafter. 

*There could be additional add on fees based on level of convenience needed

Remote Online Notarization

Remote Online Notarization involves additional technology, compliance, and use of approved platforms, and electronic document handling that requires additional fees. For that reason, RON signings are priced higher upfront than in-person notarizations, yet you save on Travel Fees.

For general online notarizations, pricing is $25 per seal. $15 for each additional seal.

Estate Planning Documents

Estate planning notarizations require a higher level of attention, accuracy, and professionalism. As a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA) with advanced training in estate planning document delivery, pricing starts at $35 per document ($40 via RON).

Loan Document Signings

Loan and real estate document packages involve extensive page counts, multiple notarizations, and time-sensitive execution. Pricing starts at $100 per file ($125 via RON), with final rates based on document size, location, and scheduling needs.

Payment is required at the time of service. If the client is not present at the signing, payment is due before service.

Accepted forms of payment include cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, debit cards, and credit cards.
